How are Tax credits paid now? Im single mum and just started work but will be paid monthly?

I know the child tax credit is paid weekly but is the working tax credit still paid monthly with your wage?

Tax credit awards are paid into your bank account/building society every 4 weeks.

You should receive a letter from The Tax Credit people telling you exactly how much and the dates you will be paid.
