yep. and they will be on your case big time.

Im about to move in with my bf will it effect my csa child and working tax credits?

Of course it will - you will have extra income

Im about to move in with my bf will it effect my csa child and working tax credits?

oh yeah!!!!!

Im about to move in with my bf will it effect my csa child and working tax credits?

The fact you think it will shows you that you probably know it will. Is that such as bad thing.

Im about to move in with my bf will it effect my csa child and working tax credits?

yes probably u must inform dhs to find out for sure alice

it won%26#039;t affect your csa in any way but you have to inform the tax credits people that you are living with a partner, they will then take his wages (if any) into account and recalculate.

If you both earn more than 鎷?0k per annun with your income combined you will just receive the minimum 鎷?0 per month, if its lower than that you will get more but it won%26#039;t be as much as you are getting now. I recently got married and just get the 鎷?0 per month now when I used to get 鎷?50 per month, don%26#039;t try to cheat them by not telling them cos they will catch you out, and it is fraud.

As far as i am aware it will not affect your csa at all, as for the rest then yes it will as you have extra income and they will reasses your situation

The previous replies are correct it won%26#039;t affect your CSA payments but will affect your child and working tax credits. You should tell Hm Revenue and Customs as soon as your situation changes, otherwise they may overpay you and then you%26#039;ll have to pay it back!!

Im about to move in with my bf will it effect my csa child and working tax credits?

yes it will effect your tax credits, as you will have to inform them of any change%26#039;s. it wont effect any child benifit or any CSA payments that you have.

But do make sure you tell them the day your partner moves in as they may say that you have been over paid.

It won%26#039;t affect your CSA, which is bloody abysmal but it%26#039;s the rules. The others I%26#039;ve no idea about.

The CSA thinks screwing fifteen percent of income out of any father who%26#039;s registered with them is acceptable; and right up to the point my ex wife remarried I thought this was perfectly fine.

But when she remarried, she married a guy who owned his own business and ran three cars of varying size as well as two work vehicles. Or to put it another way, someone a lot better off than me.

So then there%26#039;s me, paying my fifteen percent of my income to help run their bloody house hold. No one on this planet is ever going to convince me that two hundred pounds per month is going to be spent in it%26#039;s entirety on a five year old.

But when I remarry, as I will be shortly, no account is taken into the fact that I will then have a family to take care of. This is in no way fair on the absent parent.

I would ask why ALL circumstances are not taken into account by the CSA, but I now know it%26#039;s pointless because all asking them got me was %26#039;would you like to speak to our complaints team?%26#039;

yes so get him to move in a shed at the bottom of the garden and dont tell anyone!

your maintenance wont be affected but you will now in their eyes be living as man and wife.
