Anyone can file a tax return but you will not get a refund unless you had any money withheld or qualify for any refundable tax credits.

I have a question, though. I work, and get the full amount allowed by SSI for my 6 year old autistic son. How can you live on that - it%26#039;s only $639/mo? Besides, that money is for HIM, not you!
