If you have any more problems with these defects, ask for the address of their EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT. I did when they were asssing me about for months and months, and lo and behold, solved together with a 鎷?0 cheque for my inconvenience. It would have been solved had I done that in the first place.

You must remember (I have worked in 3 call centres and the staff are NOT PROPERLY TRAINED ) and the team leaders take their side. If this does not work, go to your C.A.B. they are wonderful, or next step your MP if you can find him/her. Best of all enlist the help of a newspaper Much love Camilla been thru it. It is a blooooody disgrace especially with a child. Bet their claims are on spot.

Oh dear, you could be drawing your pension. The best thing is to get on to them regularly on the pretext of checking they have all the info and asking them how long it will take.

If they dont do it soon and you get really short of cash, your local tax office can do an interim payment (which they knock off your payments in months to come). You can always bluff and say youre fed up waiting, terrible service, public office, youre going to complain to your MP. They may get a move on then. I waited 12 weeks at one stage for mine to come through and I have known some longer than that.

It shouldn%26#039;t take this long. Ring them and chase them up about it.

Ask them what date did they receive the claim, as it will be from this date that they will pay your credits from.

You need to call them for this answer.

They are usually very quick.
